Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Paradise Placement Consultancy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the company's inventory of automobile ancillary parts.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring proper storage and handling of parts.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Generate stock reports, analyze inventory data, and identify potential issues.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
