Job Description
· Oversee and ensure the daily operations of a retail store are smooth.
· Assisting and providing the administrative support to the store managers in all aspects of the store management process
· Handling various administrative responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies
· Working with management and team members for coordination of scheduling, follow-ups with clients, leads and as needed follow-ups.
· Should be able to handle store’s function including billing, inventory, purchase orders, petty cash etc.
· Constantly replenish all product information such as price, features, after-sales service, etc
· Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement thereby ensuring the creation of the right shopping ambiance in the stores.
. Must greet clients and be courteous & professional in dealing with the clients.
· The ideal candidate would be who proactively solves issues and is tech savvy and quick learner.
· Proficiency in MS Office is a must especially excel and word.
· A positive, confident, and determined approach.
· The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Verbal and written communication skills - English
· Team player with good listening skills
· Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner.
· Honest, mature, and well-organized
. Willingness to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks and possess a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
