Job Description
The Store Executive is responsible for supporting store operations by handling inventory control, material receipt and issue, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth availability of materials for engineering and project requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials
• Handle engineering materials such as raw materials, components, tools, spares, and consumables
• Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications
• Maintain inward and outward records (GRN, issue slips, challans)
• Update stock registers and Tally software systems accurately
• Ensure proper labelling, identification, and storage of materials
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock to the Store In-Charge
• Support physical stock verification and discrepancy reconciliation
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the store
• Coordinate with purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments
• Handle material returns, rejected items, scrap, and obsolete stock
• Prepare daily and monthly stock and consumption reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma / Graduate / ITI (Engineering or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations in an engineering environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
