We are a much-loved spot nestled in the heart of North Bondi. Known for its exceptional sourdough, artisan breads, flaky pastries, and top-tier coffee, it's a buzzing hub where the local community meets. Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the shop is ready for trade—presentable, stocked, and welcoming
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a small sales team with care and confidence
Partnering with bakers to keep operations smooth and seamless
Delivering excellent customer service every time
Managing rostering, ordering, recruiting, and day-to-day shop duties
Following and upholding all food safety and workplace procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience supervising or managing teams
Strong interest in food or prior food-related experience
A naturally positive and motivating presence
Availability across Tuesday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday swap
