Position: Store Assistant
Department: Store / Inventory
Location: Site / Head Office
Reporting To: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling
Assist in receiving, unloading, and checking materials delivered to the store.
Verify materials with delivery challans and purchase orders.
Material Issue
Issue materials to site staff as per approved material requisition slips.
Maintain proper records of issued materials.
Inventory Support
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining stock registers and inventory records.
Support in regular stock checking and physical verification.
Documentation
Maintain proper documentation such as GRN, stock registers, and issue slips.
Update daily records of inward and outward materials.
Store Organization
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding material requirements.
Inform the Store Manager about shortages or damages in materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in any field.
1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (preferably in construction).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store documentation.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling construction materials like cement, steel, electrical, and plumbing items.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and assist in audits.

Pay: ₹9,469.65 - ₹32,687.68 per month
