We are seeking an experienced and motivated Storeroom Supervisor to join our team at Pak’nSave Mangere. This is a key leadership role ensuring our back-of-house operations run smoothly, accurately, and safely in line with Foodstuffs compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all storeroom operations, including inbound and outbound stock flow.
Manage Goods Receipting in SAP system to ensure accurate and timely processing of deliveries.
Monitor and enforce the GAP Buster Process for store compliance and shrinkage control.
Raise and track Direct Delivery Notes (DDNs) in SAP to support accurate stock records.
Ensure all purchase orders, credits, and supplier paperwork are processed correctly.
Train and supervise storeroom staff to meet company, Foodstuffs, and legal requirements.
Maintain storeroom safety, organisation, and hygiene to Food Safety and H&S standards.
Support the Pricing & Integrity team with stock adjustments and system checks as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous supervisory experience in storeroom, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP knowledge and processes (goods receipting, DDNs, reporting).
Proven ability to manage compliance systems (e.g. GAP Buster, Food Safety, H&S).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to train and motivate staff.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Valid New Zealand Forklift License.
Valid New Zealand Driver License.
Role Details:
Full-time, permanent position (minimum 40 hours per week).
Must be available to work a flexible roster including some weekends.
Details of Rosters and Wage Remunerations will be discussed on Interview.
