Job Description
Engagement Manager is Responsible for managing named customers accounts and represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. EM works closely with CRM, CoEs and Delivery Head to meet the business goals and targets.
Business:
• Acts as a SPOC between the Customer and Newgen (both delivery and account management teams)
• Understand the existing implementation ecology and how the customers/users relate to our products. Research customers’ needs and identify how our solutions could meet their new requirements and position Newgen’s Product and/or services to the customers accordingly.
• Achieve Billing/Collection targets set for named accounts.
• Ensure Account revenue growth YOY by upselling/cross selling new solutions.
• Build proposals for the new opportunities and involve CRM / Business Head, as needed.
• Respond to RFP issued by customers.

Implementation:
• Takes over from Presales immediately after receipt of the order placed by the customer, thru Hand-off process including all project sign off and the site going Live dates.
• Review and analysis of proposed solution, Project Plan & Effort proposed by the team before submission of Techno-commercial proposals to the customer.
• Representation in PSC (Project Steering Committee) & PWG (Project Working Group) meetings
Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
• Build trust with your customers
• Offer unique product/services that’s superior to your competitors in the eyes of your customer
• Facilitate the delivery team in getting the Client Sign-Off and acceptance criteria
Skillset:
• 3 to 8 Years of Experience in Enterprise Sales, CRM, Account Management, Engagement Management
• Good knowledge of Software Sales (BPM/RPA/ECM/CRM) to BFSI Segment.
