Job Title:
Administrative Professional

The Administrative Professional is a critical role responsible for overseeing all administrative functions at the organization’s Mumbai location. This includes managing employee cafeteria, transportation, housekeeping, security services in the plant, and implementing Administration Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Operations: Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions in the office, plan, and streamline all administrative procedures.
• Canteen Management: Manage canteen operations, including pantry management.
• Transportation Coordination: Coordinate employee transportation, pool car management, and monitor office inventory.
• Housekeeping Management: Manage housekeeping, drinking water, plant assets, and stationery.
• HR Support: Assist HR in administering Employee Engagement Management, festivals, women's day, and annual events.
• General Administration: Manage uniforms, kiosk, shop floor water coolers, guest/customer visit coordination, and maintain global standard township.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance pertaining to facilities.
• Grievance Redressal: Handle canteen and transport-related grievances with union.
• Financial Management: Manage capital expenditures and revenue budgets.
• Emergency Response: Handle rescue operations, such as cyclone and pandemic operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an administrative professional with good exposure to different facets of the function. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration and possess the following qualities:
• Professional Qualification: Degree/Postgraduate holder in Human Resource or administration discipline.
• Knowledge: Sound knowledge in all administration activities, including cost and budget management.
• Experience: Successful track record with 15+ years of experience in administration. Well-networked within the industry and HR community.

• Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills and ability to network at the appropriate level in statutory organizations.
