Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic IT contracts in accordance with procurement and contract management policies and frameworks.
Lead the development of effective contract management strategies and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with business managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Provide expert advice on contract construct, service levels, contractual risks, service management, information security, and pricing.
Develop and implement performance management and reporting mechanisms to ensure contracted services conform to specified requirements.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the oversight and management of complex commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of the principles of contract management and assurance.
Proficient user of the Microsoft suite of products.
Tertiary qualification in law, business, IT, economics, contract management, or similar.
