Job Description
You will rapidly develop an understanding and awareness of the district's business, roles/responsibilities, and HR requirements in a continuously changing environment. You will work collaboratively to meet the goals of the service in a team-based environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support change management processes including drafting letters and communicating documents to the organisation.
Provide expert advice in relation to complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, experienced with mediation and other resolution processes.

What We Offer:
A tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Business Studies, and/or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to communicate effectively; verbal and written.
Proven customer relationship skills.
10 years plus HR Generalist experience.
2 years in a Senior HR position.
