About the Role
As a seasoned purpose-driven leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this growing healthcare business by overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth initiatives. The Chief Operations Officer will lead and manage operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring excellence in patient care and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Lead and manage operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring excellence in patient care and business performance.
• Implement best-in-class operational and optimisation efficiencies, including quality assurance, compliance, and governance.
• Support business development expansion efforts, overseeing the launch of new locations.
• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships and business development opportunities.
• Enhance marketing and patient engagement strategies to support business growth.

About You
A critical thinker who is hands-on, able to be both strategic and operational. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Passion for creating a positive healthcare experience for patients and teams during core and outside of core business hours.
