Main Duties:
Develop and implement the Office for Early Childhood Development's workforce resourcing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and government policy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proactive planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide strategic advice and regular progress reports to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Embed Aboriginal cultural safety, inclusive and diverse work practices throughout the organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A deep understanding of public sector HR practices and the Office of the Public Sector Commissioner's Determinations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, deliver outcomes, and mitigate risks.
Experience driving process improvements to enhance service delivery and business operations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to provide high-quality advice to stakeholders at all levels.
