Candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Good proficiency required in Word and Excel working
Smart, Dynamic, Focused and result oriented individuals who live and breathe targets
Want to prove their skills and become managers and handle teams within a year.
Are adaptable to quick changing requirements of the courses.
Can think on their feet, adapt to the requirements of the students, address their need and are able to guide and suggest the right courses.
Most importantly excellent at follow ups and closing /convert leads into admissions.
Cold calling, generating referals,3-4 levels of follow up and closing prospective admission
High energy levels and a positive go - getter attitude. Work independently under minimal supervision.
Can guide young counsellors
Open to feedback. Understands the importance of working as a team
Candidate should be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday with One weekly off during week days.
Manage enquiries, conduct follow ups and generate reports for analysis. Convince and convert the inquiries
Meeting Target Sales
Registration & Accounting of Enrolments
Batch Scheduling & Coordination
Feedbacks from Students & getting reviews online
Making Short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
Monitoring and reviewing procedures that measure performance and compare results with targets.
Enhancing the performance of staff by motivating them with proper guidance.
Managing cash flows to ensure that the company is operating as efficiently and as profitably as possible.
Managing budgets and costs reduction.
Ensuring key performance strategies are in place to achieve business targets.
Salary Bracket- Rs 20000 - 35000 including variable
Locations - Mumbai (Andheri, Kandivali & Ghatkopar) .
