Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Office-based (Rotational Off)
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct Advisory Sessions: Interact with potential students through various communication methods to comprehend their educational objectives and career ambitions, aligning them with suitable courses provided by Digital Vidya.
· Provide Course Insights: Articulate the characteristics, advantages, and syllabus of various digital marketing programs to students, effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
· Evaluate Student Qualifications: Review students' backgrounds, credentials, and professional experiences to assess their suitability for specific courses and offer appropriate recommendations.
· Deliver Tailored Guidance: Grasp students' learning goals and career aspirations to propose relevant courses and educational pathways customized to their requirements, ensuring informed decision-making.
· Facilitate Admissions: Support students throughout the enrollment process, including clarifying payment options, sharing program timelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
· Engage in Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to resolve any concerns or questions they may have, fostering strong relationships and converting them into enrolled students.
· Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about industry developments, Digital Vidya's course offerings, and competitors' programs to provide current information and guidance to students.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any field
· At least 3 years of experience in academic advising or similar roles
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse range of individuals and establish rapport.
· Exceptional counseling and persuasion skills to effectively guide students and address their concerns.
· Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles, trends, and career pathways.
· Capability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
· Previous experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus.
