The Role
Reporting to the WHS Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, the purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the People and Development Branch as well as support various initiatives which seek to create a safe working environment and minimise risk across Council, educate and respond to employee queries and promote a 'Safety First' culture.
About You
You will be currently enrolled in tertiary study, working towards a WHS related qualification (minimum Diploma level). You will demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.
Essential Criteria
Enrolled in relevant tertiary study, working towards a Workplace Health and Safety related qualification (minimum Diploma level) or majoring in Occupational Health & Safety
Experience in office administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience using software applications to update records and prepare reports
Experience in preparing responses to general correspondence and standard reports
Will be available to work across three days of the week, preferably Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.30am ? 4.00pm
