Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio and Social Media Manager at The Knack in Delhi, India. The role involves managing the studio space, coordinating photoshoots, handling social media marketing, optimizing content for social media platforms, and strategizing on content creation and communication.
Booking Management: Oversee the entire booking process, from initial client inquiries to final confirmations. Manage the studio’s booking calendar, ensuring no conflicts or double bookings. Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Prepare and send out booking confirmations, contracts, and invoices.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all booking-related questions and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish. Follow up with client's post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote studio services and generate new bookings. Assist in creating promotional materials and packages tailored to client needs.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate with the technical and creative teams to ensure all equipment and setups meet client specifications. Ensure the studio is prepared for each booking, including setup, cleanliness, and readiness of all required resources. Maintain inventory of studio supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Social Media Responsibilities:
• Capturing BTS of all shoots
• Creating Engaging Posts, Stories and Reels to keep Social Media platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn active
• Running Ad Campaigns
• Running Email Marketing Campaigns
• Identifying and connecting with our target audience
Skills Needed:
• Experience in Customer Interaction
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Graphic Designing skills.
• Phone Photography Knowledge
• Knowledge of editing reels
• Microsoft Office Skills (Presentation, Word and Excel)
Qualifications:
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in content strategy and creation
• Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns effectively
• Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/ course social media marketing communications, or related field
• Building a proper audience connect.
Salary Range: Annually Rs 3,00,000 - 4,80,000 (Basis skills and experience)
