We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruitment Management (RCM) and Recruitment Marketing (RMK). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing these solutions in at least two projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Configure the system to meet client specifications, including workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
• Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth deployment.
• Stay updated on best practices and new features within SuccessFactors.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 implementation projects using SuccessFactors RCM and RMK.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors are a plus.
