We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the consruction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including managing subcontractors, reviewing construction documents, supervising installations, and handling project close-outs. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on a variety of projects, including design build, civic municipal construction, and commercial interiors.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
2. Review, interpret, and implement construction documents, including shop drawings and blueprints.
3. Oversee installations, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
4. Conduct regular OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings to update all parties on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
5. Manage the project close-out process, including final inspections, punch list completion, and final payments.
6. Utilize Bluebeam software and RedTeam for project management, document control, and collaboration.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial interiors, design build, and/or civic municipal construction.
3. Proven ability to read, interpret, and implement construction documents and shop drawings.
4. Strong supervisory skills, with a track record of effectively managing subcontractors.
5. Familiarity with project management software, specifically Bluebeam and RedTeam.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead OAC meetings and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and ensure project stays on schedule.
8. Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
