Le Home2 Suites par Hilton Montréal Dorval recherche un(e) superviseur(e) de réception rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) client pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que superviseur(e) de réception, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour garantir une expérience client fluide et positive.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) devra posséder de solides compétences en leadership, un sens exceptionnel de l'organisation et un engagement à fournir un service client irréprochable.

Responsabilités

Superviser et diriger l'équipe de la réception, en lui fournissant conseils, formation et soutien.
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la réception, y compris les arrivées, les départs et les demandes des clients.
Garantir un accueil chaleureux et professionnel aux clients en maintenant un espace réception propre et organisé.
Collaborer avec les services d'entretien ménager, de maintenance et les autres services pour répondre aux besoins et préoccupations des clients.
Traiter les demandes, requêtes et réclamations des clients de manière rapide et efficace.
Contrôler et garantir l'exactitude de la facturation des réservations et des services.
Participer à la formation et au développement du personnel de la réception.
Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter les politiques et procédures de l'hôtel afin de maintenir un niveau de service élevé.
Contribuer à un environnement d'équipe positif et collaboratif.
Exigences et compétences

Expérience préalable en réception d'hôtel, avec une expérience en supervision ou en gestion d'équipe.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
Connaissance des systèmes de réservation hôtelière et des logiciels de point de vente.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter aux priorités changeantes.
Connaissance des politiques, procédures et pratiques hôtelières. Normes élevées

Capacité à gérer les problèmes des clients avec diplomatie et efficacité

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Montreal Dorval is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests by maintaining a neat and organized front desk area
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concerns
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and ensure accurate billing for guest reservations and services
Assist in the training and development of front desk staff
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements and Skills

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to handle guest issues with diplomacy and resolution
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
