Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
Provide technical advice and supervision to team members within a contact centre environment.
Undertake investigations into, and resolve, complex enquiries.
Exercise specific delegated authority under the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005.
Track, manage and follow-up assigned enforcement targets, ensuring that all necessary measures are considered in the pursuit of outstanding debt.
Coordinate the assessment, processing and supervision of applications to vary payment conditions including liaising with Community Corrections in relation to monetary penalty community service orders [MPCSO].
Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation on the enforcement of monetary penalties.
As directed provide assistance to all areas of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service.

• Violent crimes and crimes against the person

• Crimes involving dishonesty
• Crimes involving deception
• Making false declarations
• Malicious damage and destruction to property
• Serious traffic offences
• Crimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and Justice
• Crimes against Executive or the Legislative Power
• Crimes involving Conspiracy
2. Disciplinary action in previous employment.
3. Identification check.
