• JOB DESCRIPTION
- 6-8 years of experience in OTC
- Client exposure to Europe would be an added advantage
- Supervise a team of 8-10 team members
- Strong accounting concepts for all types of accounting transactions is preferred.
- Knowledge in MS Office,Good Excel knowledge
- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good analytical skills & should have multitasking skills
- Train and develop associates to ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned duties
- Assist team in dispute resolution and act as SME for the team
- Monitor daily tasks of team members
- Oversee A/R monthly period close
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
- Ensures delivery within the given timeframe and with quality parameters.
- Participate and lead internal & external client meetings
- Preferred prior work experience in BPO (O2C)
- Preferred ERP hands on experience inSAP
- Must have expertise in reporting activities
- Research and resolve queries from SPOCs, Customers and Client
- Ensures All SLAs and KPIs are met
- SOX compliance knowledge
- Ability to set priorities and manage a variety of projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities through process excellence
- Assists management in any strategic projects/department initiatives
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Implement and manage controls measures
- Manage migration & Stabilize
- Willing to extend working hours to support Client requirements
- Willing to relocate to Bangalore
