Requirements:
• Total Experience : 10-12 years with minimum of 5-7 years in financial planning & analysis
• B.Com + Qualified CA / CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ICWA
• Strong PC skills including advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access Database, Microsoft Power Point, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Smart View and Qlik, FDM ; Desired knowledge on Macros
• Open to working in any shift timings
• Chartered Accountant (Inter/Qualified), ICWA/CMA (Inter/Qualified)
• Strong experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, Access Data bases, Mainframe (Desirable).

• Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions and reporting from that data
• Must possess strong analytical skills and sound business judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Should be motivated, self-directed, detail oriented, an analytical individual with the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
• Review and Guide team, Project manage transitions, planning and execution of Improvement opportunities
• Transformation and COE model of working.
• Exposure to Global environment of working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Hunger for Change and challenges, willing to work in complex environment
Brief Description of Key Job Requirements:
• Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly forecast and orders reports and quarterly actuals report
• Collect monthly order submission from BUs and prepare report for UTC Finance and Otis Management team
• Provide support for Executive Committee Meeting, Otis Finance Council, Trimester, UTC Presidents Council and OMM Reviews
• Assist in monthly forecast and closing process
• Coordinate management and reporting changes
• Take lead in driving operational efficiency and results vis-a-vis pre-set targets.
• Communicate Operational results and explain variances to Top Management
• Lead in preparation & Finalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP) & Commitments including various complex analysis including Net Asset Exposure (NAE)
• Preparation/submission of Monthly Actual results and forecast after interaction with all functions in Hyperion along with highlighting risk/opportunities
• Preparation of Financial Bridges, Customer and product growth analysis etc.
• Finalize and disseminate various analysis including Inflation Analysis and Material Variance
• Calculations with different comparable viz. YOY, AOP, Previous Quarter etc.
• Finalize Monthly Operational Review Document including sales order chart, Cash Cycle Matrix,
• Sales & operating Margin Bridges, Non-Financial data
