The role includes assisting registered liquidators in the administration of corporate insolvency / restructuring-related matters and liaising with all stakeholders involved in these administrations. The role also includes management of a motivated team and interfacing with the Partners.
The Supervisor/Manager will assist in being a point of contact for services provided by Hall Chadwick in Sydney and will be responsible for overseeing various assignments for different appointees across Australia, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Ideally, you will be developing a referral network and, with the support of Hall Chadwick, can assist with growing your own brand and the brand of Hall Chadwick in Sydney.
Skills and Experiences:
Ideally, you will have 5+ years’ of experience in Corporate Insolvency. You should have already started and/or completed your CA/CPA and ARITA studies.
Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency, or Special Situations Advisory experience in managing a number of files, liaising with creditors/stakeholders in various administrations and experience in all types of assignments, including Court Liquidations, Voluntary Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, and Receiverships.
