Affinity Workforce are the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation and currently have a high volume of supply teaching work available in their secondary academies in Bristol. Cabot Learning Federation welcome both ECTS and more experienced teachers to work in their schools on supply.
Supply work within Cabot Learning Federation via Affinity Workforce is very flexible and we can offer between one to five days per week. Rates of pay are above market average from £135 to £145 per day depending on experience. Alongside flexible day-to-day supply we can offer full-time or part-time block bookings of supply cover within their secondary schools. We can offer guaranteed work for those wanting guaranteed income.

We have several long-term and permanent positions within the Cabot Learning Federation secondary academies in Bristol and can support ECTs in signing off their NQT years within teaching positions.
The ideal candidate will hold QTS, be confident in managing behaviour and be happy to work within the Cabot Learning Federation Academies.
As the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation Affinity Workforce can offer these benefits to candidates working within their supply talent pool:
Competitive/above market average rates of pay from £140 - £153 per day depending on experience
Guaranteed Work Scheme with guaranteed monthly income
Choice of being paid PAYE or via umbrella
Working with a crown commercial services provider

A referral bonus scheme of £100 or £200 referral bonus when you refer someone to us
