We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Casual Support Worker to join our team at Calvary Health Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and assistance in the community. You will also be responsible for promoting customer choice, positive routines, and activities that are meaningful to the client. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other support networks to ensure the client receives comprehensive care and support.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate IV in Disability and a current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle. You should also have NDIS Worker Screening clearance and the ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Proficiency in the use of technology such as smartphones, email, and internet is also essential.
