About the role

Do you have expertise in contact centre operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team and provide outstanding support at our contact centre and student hub. In this key frontline role, you’ll not only ensure students receive timely and accurate information but also offer crucial support to your team and team leader. If you excel in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and have a background in contact centre roles, we’d love for you to apply and play a vital part in enhancing the student experience at TAFE SA!

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

Out of hours work will be required.
Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
The incumbent may be required to attend promotional events such as; IE events, Expos, Career Days,Field Days and School Engagement (internal tours/external events), when required.
The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
