Job Description
We are a litigation and corporate advisory law firm seeking an experienced Supreme Court Lawyer to join our team in Jaipur, India. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Family Law, including litigation and advisory, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in family law cases
• Attend court hearings and provide legal advice
• Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
• Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus
• Membership in the Bar Council of India
• Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
