Position Title: Sustainability Manager
Department: Sustainability
Reporting To: Head of Sustainability
Work Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: As earliest as possible
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement carbon emissions accounting and reduction methodology to ensure Company Achieve Carbon Neutrality in scope 1 & 2 by 2030 and Scope 3 emissions by 2045.
• Engage suppliers and stakeholders to collect data and drive reductions.
• Support CDP reporting, SBTi alignment, and other ESG frameworks.
• Conduct GHG emissions LCA of Different crops
• Manage all ESG & Sustainability data collection, calculation, and reporting in line with GHG Protocol, ISO-14064-3
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to gather upstream/downstream emissions data.
• Identify material and hotspots.
• Support ESG reporting, sustainability audits, and disclosures.
• Achieve net-zero roadmap.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• +8 years of experience in carbon accounting and ESG.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, and LCA tools.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
