Manage and administer the IFS ApplicationConfigure, test, and deploy IFS patches and upgradesCollaborate with the team members to maintain, upgrade, and optimize IFS systems performanceWork with users to troubleshoot system related issuesCreate new user profiles, assign access rights, modify existing user accounts, and deactivate any non-usersManagement of ticketing system to diagnose and resolve system issuesAbility to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teamsEngage in preventative maintenance for the databaseMaintenance and understanding of networks and servers in a cloud environment - viz management of compute, network, storage etc requirements for any particular IFS instance on public cloud like Azure
