Your New Role
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, risk and business ensuring our corporate and productivity systems are reliable, well designed and continuously improving. Your work will directly support business efficiency, risk management and regulatory outcomes in a highly trusted financial services environment.
You'll contribute by:
Supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms used across the business (including productivity, risk, HR and finance systems)
Acting as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors
Translating business and risk requirements into clear functional specifications, configurations and test scenarios
Designing workflows, data models and system interfaces that solve real business problems
Leading support and enhancement efforts for our GRC platform, with opportunities to expand into other enterprise platforms over time
Embedding strong risk and compliance practices in line with Aware Super’s Risk Management Framework
Contributing to delivery using agile and iterative ways of working
How do you exceed our expectations?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration and working in regulated environments.
You’ll likely have:
4+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, Platform Analyst or Application Support Analyst within enterprise environments
Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance or assurance capabilities (e.g. incident management, controls, audits, KRIs)
Hands‑on experience with a GRC or risk platform (Archer highly regarded, others welcomed)
Strong ability to translate business and risk needs into practical system solutions
Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative, stakeholder‑focused mindset
