Job Description
We have experienced rapid expansion in the last few quarters, and we are excited to accelerate this growth further. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee exits, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee exit processes to provide a seamless experience.
• Assist with all people operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in talent acquisition and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with employees and management.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates based in Jaipur who can commute to our office in Sitapura will be preferred.
