Jalan Technologies is looking for a TA Associate to join the team. Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing recruiting strategies to find the right person for each role in the organization, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. This includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding prospective team members.
2. Help build the company's brand as a strong engineering company through initiatives such as holding hackathons, engaging with various local engineering groups, and other related activities.
3. Support HR functions as needed (5% to 10%).
