About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Screening the candidates' profiles for the current openings (daily calls: around 70-80 profiles) to judge their interest and map the skill sets
2. Sending emails to clients, scheduling interviews, etc.
3. Sourcing and screening relevant profiles via LinkedIn and other channels, and posting jobs on several portals if required
4. Using CRM and ATS tools
5. Working on account management and stakeholder management
1. Those who are from Gurgaon and neighboring cities
