Our Talent function is growing, and we are seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to join the business as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
This role supports recruitment activity across Australia and China, working closely with stakeholders across regions and playing a key coordination role in keeping hiring processes moving smoothly.
This role suits someone who enjoys recruitment coordination and working in a fast-paced team.
Key accountabilities will include:
Ensuring all job-related information is complete and accurate for all vacancies, including internal approvals and system updates
Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment checks across multiple time zones
Creating and managing job advertising across job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers site via the ATS
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and documenting outcomes clearly
Partnering with Talent and HR stakeholders in Australia and China to support timely hiring
YOUR SKILLS

Exceptional written and spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders across Australia and China
Strong attention to detail with proven coordination and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and work with HR systems and recruitment technology
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work autonomously when required
Strong relationship-building skills across cultures and regions
A proactive and motivated approach, with a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition
