About This Role:

As the function that touches all our employees, our Talent Acquisition team has a special role in capitalizing on opportunities and creating the future for Bechtel.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our Bechtel India office, situated at Gurugram. The TA Coordinator will collaborate with regionally based Talent Acquisition teams and International Bechtel Project locations to facilitate processes and procedures in key areas of the overall hiring cycle. The areas you will work on will include but not limited to: Job requisition postings, Interview arrangement, offer package management, candidate onboarding and ad hoc reporting.

The TA Coordinator plays a pivotal role for our TA team & acts as a liaison between the Candidate, TA Specialists, HR and Regional Hiring Managers. The successful applicant will require superior organization skills to manage daily priorities with a keen focus on detail and data/process integrity. Providing a high level of customer service delivery & a superior candidate experience will be key success factors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Job Positing Coordination: Review and verify the job posting format & quality with a focus on the consistency & structure of job descriptions, required skill sets & spelling.
• Adhering to our service level agreements related to advertising all roles in timely, efficient manner.
• Candidate Experience Management: Pipeline candidates through the applicant tracking system as they progress through the hiring processes providing regular updates at key experience checkpoints.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule local and remote interviews by liaising with the recruiter, hiring managers, and external candidates.
• Manage all interview related travel and expense reimbursement efficiently & on time.
• Ensure interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed, following up where required.
• Candidate Offer Management: Generate and process offer package administration documents for successful candidates selected for hire.
• Manage all offer communication & follow up in a professional & seamless manner.
• Candidate Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process, including but not limited to ensuring timely pre/post hiring in SAP, completing all required new joiner documentation, and following up where needed.
• Manage the background verification process of new hires and act as first point of contact with vendor.
• Hiring Events Support: Supporting with careers fairs & other hiring events as needed
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Preparing ad hoc recruitment reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience OR 4+ years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Prior experience working in a HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function.
• Self -motivated with the ability to work autonomously often with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly Customer service oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced level experience with MS Office suite – Previous SuccessFactors/SAP Experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
