The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization while playing a key role in strengthening company culture and supporting core HR functions. This role recruits across technical, clinical, and corporate teams, including engineers, product and IT roles, physicians, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, sales, marketing, and operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who can independently manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and act as a culture ambassador and HR backup as the organization scales.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruiting

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, clinical, and non-clinical roles
Recruit and source technical talent, with the ability to understand and communicate IT, engineering, and digital health requirements
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview guides, and hiring priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, job fairs and direct outreach
Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, including regulated healthcare positions
Conduct resume screening, prescreen interviews, behavioural assessments, and candidate evaluations
Present shortlists and hiring recommendations to leadership
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, offers, and negotiations
Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS
Ensure compliance with Canadian employment standards, privacy laws, and clinical hiring requirements
Educate and support hiring managers through training and guidance on effective hiring practices
Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
Assist with employee work visas and coordinate with external immigration consultants when required

Culture & HR Support

Act as a culture ambassador, embedding company values into hiring and onboarding practices
Support onboarding to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and values-aligned new hire experience
Partner with leadership on culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
Serve as backup to HR during absences, supporting offer letters, onboarding documentation, and general HR administration
Respond to employee questions related to people, culture, and engagement as needed
Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience
2+ years recruiting technical roles (IT, engineering, product, or similar)
Experience recruiting regulated healthcare professionals is a strong asset
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation and hiring best practices
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Experience with Global Recruitment including India
Work Model
Hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Mississauga for collaboration, interviews, onboarding, and key meetings.
