This position is ideal for a fresher with a BBA or MBA in Human Resources who possesses a clear understanding of HR fundamentals and is enthusiastic about starting a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions
• Source and screen candidates through online platforms and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
• Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
• Requirements:
• BBA or MBA in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of basic HR concepts
• Internship experience in HR will be considered an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools
