Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates as per JDs provided by the clients
• Responsible for identifying, acquiring, and hiring candidates to fill the assigned position
• Need to work for both International and Domestic market
• Industries to be handled: Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Mining, IT product and services etc.
• Hiring for Middle, and Senior level positions
• Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
Required:
1. Minimum 2 to 3 yrs in end to end recruitment
2. Excellent in English communication both verbal and written.
3. Knowing Hindi is an added advantage
4. Target and Data oriented person.
5. Has done recruitment for various Non-IT & IT positions.
