Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to source, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Review and screen resumes and applications, conducting initial candidate assessments.
Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reference checks and job offers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for talent sourcing.
Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
