We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Talent Search Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The Talent Search Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Conduct proactive searches to build talent pipelines and maintain a strong candidate database.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate feedback.
Recruitment Process Support:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements that effectively convey the required qualifications and responsibilities.
Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with current market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
Conduct research on competitor companies to identify potential talent sources and recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of talent search activities.
Collaborative Hiring:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Facilitate communication and feedback between hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in coordinating and participating in career fairs, recruitment events, and other networking activities.
Skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various sourcing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in conducting phone screenings and evaluating candidate qualifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
Desired profile of the candidate
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Min.Exp.
Minimum 2 Year Experience in supporting as Assistant level
Max.Exp.
Max 3 Years’ Experience
