• Supervising Day to day Operations of HR Depatment
• Maintaining Detailed record of the companies employee.
• Counceling Employees as and when Required
• Maintaing and recording employee Attendance
• Ensuring all the employees comply with HR rules and policies
• Experience with NABH Audit
