Job Description

Miles has partnered with 200 MNCs (including Big 4 & Global Fortune 500 companies) for the training of their working professionals, and placement of Miles alumni.
• Miles has also partnered with 70+ universities and autonomous colleges for upskilling of students via university programs integrated with skill-based offerings, and placement of Miles alumni. We have been growing at a compound annual growth rate of 145%.
• The organization is looking for Senior Customer Service Executive.
Experience : 2-8 Years
Designation (As per Experience): Sr. Associate / Asst. Manager
Location : Delhi/Mumbai
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
