1. Assist in full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the company
2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent
5. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
7. Provide support in organizing recruitment events and initiatives

Who We’re Looking For: Academic Background: Students/recent grads in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Skills: Communication: Fluent in English/Hindi; ability to engage candidates across seniority levels.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, or CRM platforms (training provided).
Curiosity: Interest in fintech/algorithmic trading (prior knowledge not required, but enthusiasm is key!).
Personality: Proactive, empathetic, and obsessed with candidate experience.
