Your Role:

Be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving the attraction, sourcing and assessment of top talent for your assigned line of business groups for Citco Group of Companies for North America and Caribbean.
Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent for various business groups within Citco
Identify cost effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent
Conduct targeted search strategies for the various roles to source and identify passive candidates
Assess candidate’s skills and experience using our Applicant Tracking System
Plan interview and selection procedures to verbal offer with each candidate
Ensure recruitment activity is updated on a regular basis in applicant tracking system, reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges
Provide fair and equitable recruitment and selection practices to align to Citco’s values
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors when needed
Contribute to the delivery of the new global talent acquisition strategy
Participate in global talent acquisition related projects

About You:

5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in corporate/in-house environments.
Proven ability to source passive, niche and active applicants within the Finance industry
Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment activity within different regions (Canada/US/Caribbean)
Strong team focus and enjoy actively engaging regularly with your team
Strong relationship building and influencing skills (essential)
Establish relationship quickly and build credibility as a strong talent acquisition partner with your consultative approach
Proven experience with effective sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods
Proven experience effectively managing a recruitment corporate portfolio of 20+ vacancies at one time
Experience in successfully recruiting hard to find tech roles
Proven ability to quickly learn complex business functions
Experience working with an applicant tracking system
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in managing expectations with both candidates and hiring managers
Strong sense of urgency, highly self-driven and solution-oriented
Able to self-prioritize work, with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
