Mission

We are looking for an Talent acquisition specialist / HR recruiter to identify, attract, and recruit top talent who embody the values and possess the skills required to uphold and enhance the Asian Heart Institute's reputation as India's #1 cardiac hospital, thereby contributing to our mission of providing world-class care.

Outcomes

In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:

Develop and Implement a Strategic Recruitment Plan: Create a 12-month recruitment strategy that aligns with the hospital’s staffing needs, focusing on critical medical and non-medical roles.

Attract A-Player Candidates: Increase the number of qualified applicants by 50% within the first six months through targeted recruitment campaigns, social media engagement, and partnerships with leading schools and associations.

Improve Hiring Metrics: Achieve a candidate-to-hire conversion rate of 20%, reduce the average time-to-fill for critical positions to +0 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others.

Enhance Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing department to strengthen the hospital’s employer brand, ensuring it reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care, leading to a 20% increase in unsolicited top-tier candidate inquiries.

Implement a Robust Talent Assessment Framework: Implement a comprehensive talent evaluation process that includes competency-based interviews, practical assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the high standards required for roles at the Institute.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience with talent acquisition
MBA with HR specialization preferred
Healthcare or Hospital Industry background preferred
