Responsibilities:
● Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in all the
requirements
● Work with other teams and get the requirements at all levels
● Write the Job descriptions by connecting with the stakeholders in the Org.
● Connect with the candidates over phone and guide them about the business and
functions
● Interview potential candidates using our standard process
● Introduce new hires to the team and walk them through the functional responsibilities
● To follow-up references and check credits.
Preferred Skill Set:
● Proven working experience in recruiting
● Deep understanding of recruitment processes
● Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
● Must have Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
