Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Female)
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree in HR or relevant degree.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, whenever required.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
Provide feedback about applications to the management
Requirements:
Female candidate with good exposure in complete recruitment life cycle
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
