End to End recruitment and selection responsibilities
Demonstrate a talent-led approach to engage with the Technology
Maximize reporting to analyse and derive insights to provide consultation and advice to TA Delivery teams and the business
candidates
Ensure that candidate, hiring manager and other key stakeholder’s experience a quality of care that is aligned with Telstra’s Values and standards of care.
Build strong relationships with your business stakeholders to proactively understand their business and how we can add value to their business resulting in becoming a trusted advisor.
Work with business stakeholders to understand upcoming workforce plans, enabling you to build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future roles where possible
Contribute to a culture that supports and encourages a world class talent acquisition experience; service oriented, collaborative and flexible
Ensure diversity and inclusion is top of mind during all recruitment activities, ensuring we stay committed to delivering gender balanced shortlists, and all other agreed recruitment diversity initiatives
Drive a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
Develop effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation including members of the wider Global Business Services and Transformation & People communities
Provide consultation and advice on market and competitor information, communicate recruitment trends & relevant insights to key stakeholders utilising data to inform decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition model, its processes and procedures
Provide thought leadership to ensure alignment of the overall strategy
Ensure process and policy are adhered to and all mandatory learning requirements are completed as and when requested
Take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others, comply with and implement any reasonable Telstra HSE instruction, policy, standard, minimum requirement or procedure, and support Telstra to meet its duties under the relevant safety and environmental legislation
Talent sourcing from an internal and external perspective communicating with stakeholders to advise on strategy.

What you need to succeed
End to end technology recruitment experience across in-house and/ or agency models
Strategic sourcing experience
Experience in ATS platforms (such as Workday) would be preferred
Solving problems of moderate complexity in a customer/client facing environment
Business partnering and/ or account management experience
Maintaining stakeholder relationships both internal and external
Coaching and mentoring on process and policy
Managing multiple tasks of moderate complexity
Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills; good at extracting the right information
Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where you’re accountable for delivering to multiple stakeholders
A creative, proactive and solutions focused mindset
