The Opportunity: Make an Immediate Impact
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 3–6 month contract to support current client demand and campaign delivery.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who can step in quickly, manage their own pipeline, and produce quality outcomes with minimal ramp-up.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse client portfolio, owning everything from attraction strategy through to shortlist presentation.

What you’ll be doing:

Crafting tailored job ads and recruitment marketing strategies

Running multi-channel campaigns across job boards, social platforms, and LinkedIn

Screening, shortlisting, and conducting structured phone and video interviews

Partnering with clients to understand role requirements and success profiles

Designing behavioural interview frameworks aligned to capability and culture

Presenting shortlists with clarity and confidence

Managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey

Advising clients on market insights, attraction strategies, and candidate behaviour

Using our recruitment technology to streamline delivery and reduce admin

Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is best suited to an experienced recruiter who is confident working independently and delivering results from day one.

You’ll bring:

3+ years’ experience in agency, internal TA, or RPO recruitment

Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple roles or clients

The ability to quickly learn systems and processes

Confidence in managing stakeholders and expectations

A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
