Budget : Up to 6LPA + ESOPs

Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions including tech, product, marketing, operations, and business roles.
• Design and manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Build and implement HR policies (leave, payroll, WFH, POSH, asset, performance, etc.).
• Drive performance management, appraisals, feedback cycles, and career progression frameworks.
• Lead employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and internal communication.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, compliance, and HR operations.
• Act as a trusted partner to founders and managers on people matters, conflict resolution, and team health.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and documentation.
• Use HR data and insights to improve retention, productivity, and employee experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 23 years of experience in HR / Talent Operations, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to balance empathy with accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership.
• Prior experience in tech, consumer, or gaming startups is a plus.
